Operational permits issued in accordance with this code shall be valid for a 12-month period and are renewable at the end of that 12-month term.Ĭ. Section 105.3.1 of the International Fire Code is amended by substituting subsection 105.3.1 as follows:ġ. Operational permits shall remain in effect until revised, renewed or revoked, or for such a period of time as specified in the permit.Ģ.
